If you have a strong communication skill set, an ability to engage with potential customers, and a knack for negotiation and persuasion, we encourage you to apply. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in a second Indian language like Hindi or Kannada is highly desirable
Essential SKills
1. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in a second Indian language (Hindi or Kannada) is a plus.
2. Demonstrated ability to proactively initiate conversations with potential customers and inquisitive explorers.
3. A talent for effective negotiation and persuasive communication.
4. Flexibility to work in a field-based role from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
1. Brand Representation: Act as an enthusiastic brand representative at stalls and flea markets located in tech parks and malls.
2. Storytelling: Present a compelling brand story to engage and captivate potential customers.
3. Tasting Sessions and Sales: Lead tasting sessions, showcasing the unique flavors and benefits of our products while driving sales.
4. Customer Feedback: Collect valuable customer insights by administering a web-based feedback form.
5. Social Media Engagement: Encourage customers to connect with us on various social media platforms to foster a growing online community.
